Explanation about Brand New BMS Flex/TI gas gauge BMS FLEX and MCU FLEX Battery

As we all know, there is huge price difference on different battery quality, and every supplier would just claim their quality is the best.. But what’s really is the exact different on these battery?
Here we have comparison for:
1.Brand New Original 100% 0 charging times BMS flex.
2.OEM TI Gas gauge BMS flex.
3.MCU BMS Flex.



These three chips need to cooperate well at the together to ensure that the battery has good metering effect/temperature control effect when in daily using.
The “gas gauge chip” is mainly responsible for calculating the battery’s power, ensuring that the battery automatically learns and ensures that the power is correct,the “lithium protection Chip” uses the calculation of the “gas gauge chip” to control battery temperature and protection when battery is charging ,there is also an “internal resistance chip” to control and reduce the power of the battery, otherwise the sampling current accuracy will become worse,it is known that Apple’s original protective board uses a 1 milliohm high-precision resistor.
But the worsting thing is , most of the battery in the market is using cheapest MCU Flex, and MCU BMS Flex dont even have these chip onto the BMS Flex, there is only a MCU to contrl charging and discharging, so that will cause the battery , so by this quality, it will 99% cause the battery is swell and very short battery life ….
This result is because the market competition is too bigger, and people often buy batteries mainly based on price, causing sellers to further reduce the quality of batteries in order to obtain more orders and market share.
